通过发展和运用化学生物学的手段来研究和干预免疫系统和神经系统的疾病发生发展过程,并基于新型的双功能分子(例如PROTAC和PhosTAC等),进行新型药物的开发。重点研究导致自身免疫系统的过度激活,以及神经退行疾病中的致病蛋白,并开发相关的抑制剂药物进行疾病治疗的探索。
