研究血管在衰老和疾病过程中的功能改变。将综合应用下一代测序技术,高分辨率显微成像技术,并制备新的动物模型用以研究以下问题:
1. 血管新生过程中,不同血管内皮细胞群体的特性。并筛选新一代特异性的抑制肿瘤血管新生的药物。
2. 神经退行性疾病过程中,血管功能的改变,并探索基于改善血管内皮细胞功能的治疗方法。
