1.以人类疾病为导向,综合利用结构生物学、化学生物学、生物化学等多手段的交叉学科研究,具体包括:研究与癌症、神经退行性疾病相关的细胞自噬通路,揭示相关未知的分子机制和致病机理;研究与疾病相关的重要E3泛素酶的结构与作用机制,并研发相关的小分子调节剂和靶向降解技术,用于后续相关的化学生物学和潜在的疾病治疗研究。
2.活性小分子的化学生物学研究,具体包括:天然活性小分子与靶点蛋白相互作用的机制研究;重要生物合成酶与小分子的互作机制以及相关的催化反应机理研究。
