糖蛋白质组学和糖生物学。利用生物质谱、化学生物学、生物信息学和糖生物学等多学科交叉优势开发高灵敏高通量糖蛋白质组学解析新技术,研究蛋白糖基化在疾病中的功能机制,开发用于疾病早期诊断的糖蛋白生物标志物。
