研究方向

李婉津课题组致力于研究调控多种疾病如脊髓侧索硬化症、阿兹海默症等神经退行性疾病及肿瘤耐药过程中炎症反应的表观遗传及基因转录调控机制,联合分子生物学、细胞生物学和生物信息学等手段对疾病中转录活动中的染色质重塑异常和组蛋白修饰变化进行鉴定和探索。

课题组具体研究方向为:

1.细胞死亡、炎症的关键调控分子在细胞核内的表观遗传调控功能鉴定;

2.调节关键蛋白细胞核质转运的小分子药物的发现和作用机理研究;

3.人类疾病中染色质重塑复合物的基因突变所造成病理变化的分子机制;

4.肿瘤耐药过程中的染色质重塑和长链非编码RNA调控机制。
