研究方向

针对均相和非均相金属催化中的重要科学问题,如金属间基团转移、电子传递的调控和规律、金属间的协同效应、金属的簇集和催化等,融合物理有机化学、金属有机化学和无机配位化学等领域的研究成果和手段,致力于研究多金属物种参与的反应体系,包括通过多金属协同催化实现挑战性的转化过程和探究内在规律、仿酶的双多核金属催化剂的开发和金属团簇催化等。目前课题组通过双金属接力催化和多金属协同的单电子转移活化等方式实现了挑战性的酰胺脱氧官能团化(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2022, e202115497; Cell Rep. Phys. Sci. 2022, 10.1016/j.xcrp.2022.100955; Sci. China Chem., 2022, 10.1007/s11426-022-1331-y; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 202160, 26604; Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 202160, 17088);通过配体修饰双核铑络合物和大环配体配位双核钴的方式发展了双核金属催化(ACS Cent. Sci. 20228, 581; J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2021143, 11799; ACS Catal. 202111, 13696);以及从简单丰产金属盐出发现场生成亚稳态的金属纳米团簇,实现高效的丰产金属催化转化(Chin. J.
