【会议介绍】

        国际氟化学会议是国际氟化学领域中具有悠久历史、重量级的国际性学术会议。继2005年主办第17届国际氟化学会议之后，时隔19年，上海有机所将再次主办国际氟化学会议。第24届会议将重点关注氟化学领域的最新科学进展，包括：有机氟化学新试剂、新反应、新概念、新策略和新理论，原子经济和精准可控的氟化与氟烷基化方法与技术；无机氟化学新概念、新策略和新理论；含氟医药、农药及其精细化工中间体；含氟新材料及环境化学研究；氟化工技术等当前热点研究领域。

        本次会议规模预计约800人，将邀请近一百位世界著名有机化学家、国内外学术专家、工业届化学专家应邀参会并作学术报告，共同探讨氟化学的未来和机遇！ 

The 24^th International Symposium on Fluorine Chemistry (24^th ISFC),organized by Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, CAS, will be held in Shanghai on July 28 to August 02, 2024.  ISFC, initiated in 1959, is an academic conference for the researchers bringing together thoughts and wisdom, as well as sharing the frontiers in fluorine synthesis all over the world. The Symposium came to China for the first time in 2005 (17^th ISFC), and we are honored to have the symposium to back to Shanghai again in 2024. The theme of the conference is “FluoroChem, better life”. Around 800 delegates will be expected to attend this special event.

Shanghai is one of the world’s largest seaports and a major industrial and commercial centre of China. The city is located on the coast of the East China Sea between the mouth of the Yangtze River (Chang Jiang) to the north and the bay of Hangzhou to the south. The municipality’s area includes the city itself, surrounding suburbs, and an agricultural hinterland. Shanghai is China’s most-populous city, and the municipality is its most-populous urban area.
