溶酶体是细胞物质降解与信号调控的核心枢纽,其功能稳态对维持细胞健康至关重要。溶酶体功能失调与多种重大疾病密切相关,尤其是在阿尔茨海默症、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病的进程中发挥着核心作用。
本实验室致力于解析溶酶体稳态的维持机制,并围绕以下核心科学问题展开研究:
1. 健康细胞如何精确感知、高效修复并及时清除受损的溶酶体?
2. 在疾病状态下,上述精细调控机制为何会“失灵”?
3. 能否通过靶向恢复溶酶体功能,为相关疾病提供全新的治疗策略?
