研究方向

尽管新型肿瘤治疗药物不断涌现,患者对治疗原发性无应答和获得性耐药仍然普遍存在,许多疾病相关靶点缺乏精准、特异性的干预策略。其关键瓶颈在于我们对药物作用的分子机制及治疗诱导的生物学变化仍缺乏系统认识。

我们从临床治疗和药物发现的基本问题出发,以创新药物和化学分子为研究工具,系统解析肿瘤药物治疗响应的分子机制,发现调控信号通路和细胞命运等关键生物学过程的功能化合物,并推动其向创新治疗手段的转化。主要研究方向包括:(1)肿瘤靶向治疗药物的作用与耐药机制;(2)高通量筛选驱动的治疗靶点与药物发现;(3)基于生物学原理的创新治疗策略开发。
