主要研究方向

·聚焦细胞信号转导与小分子药物作用机制,系统解析泛素 E3 连接酶、蛋白激酶、转录因子、离子通道及离子协同转运蛋白,在细胞、组织、类器官与模式动物体系中参与正常生理调控及肿瘤、炎症、免疫缺陷等重大疾病发生发展的分子功能。围绕激酶 ATP 结合口袋催化结构域开展靶向药物研发,在国际上首次报道具备血脑屏障穿透能力的高选择性 LRRK2 激酶抑制剂 HG-10-102-01 与 JH-II-127,为帕金森病精准靶向治疗提供先导化合物与理论支撑;依托蛋白-蛋白相互作用(PPI)界面开展非经典小分子设计,原创开发 SPAK 激酶非竞争性抑制剂 ZT-1a,为相关疾病诊疗新靶点验证、创新药物开发提供核心实验依据。

其他研究方向

·疾病基因组与模型构建:依托外显子组测序等二代测序技术挖掘临床疾病致病突变;借助 CRISPR-Cas9 基因编辑体系构建细胞、类器官及基因编辑动物模型,开展疾病发病机制的底层生物学解析。

·海洋微生物与生物合成工程:开展海洋微生物新物种分离鉴定、工业微生物遗传育种;挖掘海洋放线菌来源抗菌活性天然小分子;针对化学合成难度大、生产成本高的长链多不饱和脂肪酸(EPA、DHA)开展微生物生物合成通路改造与发酵工艺优化。

·生物绿色能源技术:聚焦电化学储能体系与微生物燃料电池的机理探究、材料优化及系统开发。
