致力于基于核磁共振技术的蛋白质-蛋白质、蛋白质-小分子相互作用研究,重点围绕与人类疾病相关的蛋白质质量控制相关调控蛋白和底物蛋白开展工作,探索阐明分子伴侣Hsp90、去泛素化酶USP20、USP25和USP28等的功能调控分子机制和结构基础;发现靶向Hsp90和USP28、USP25、USP2等的抑制剂和变构调节剂,并在分子和细胞水平阐明它们的效应机制;发现靶向淀粉样蛋白异常聚集(Aβ、α-synuclein等)的小分子化学伴侣并解析它们的效应机制等。
