Prof. Jinbo Hu attended The 50th EUCHEM Conference on Stereochemistry in Brunnen (Switzerland), April 27–May 1, 2015, and gave a lecture on Fluoroalkylation with Sulfur-Based Reagents. He also described an alternative installation of trifluoromethyl groups by a remarkable AgF-mediated gem-difluoroalkene fluorination, concomitantly triggering an olefin cross-coupling process.
